Influence of friendship in the working world

As most of the Latin American countries, it depends on the position you are working on, for example, if you are the manager of an entreprise, you can not promote someone of your family, or you can not date or have a personal relationship with a secondary of yours, it is similar to the "law of incompatibilities" here in Colombia, but, if you work on a different department in the same company, it is not relevant, you can always have friends, but you should not mixed work and friendship.
